What Data We Process
Account Information
We collect your email address, name, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe to our services.
Photo Processing Data
We temporarily access photos from your Google Drive links to perform face detection and clustering. Photos are processed in real-time and never stored on our servers.
Usage Analytics
We collect anonymized usage statistics to improve our service, including processing times, feature usage, and error rates.
How We Protect Your Data
Zero Storage Architecture
Your photos are never stored on our servers. We process them in memory and immediately discard them after clustering results are generated.
Encryption
All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption. Any stored data (account info, results) is encrypted using AES-256.
Access Controls
Only authorized personnel have access to our systems, and all access is logged and monitored.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Export your data (data portability)

Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Face clustering results are stored for 30 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

- Stripe (for payment processing)
- Vercel Analytics (for website analytics)
- Azure Face API (for facial recognition processing)
